Our Theory of Change
Halima Gimbiyar Mambilla Foundation (HGMF) believes that by investing in the potential of women, youth, and vulnerable communities, we can ignite a chain reaction of positive change in Northeastern Nigeria. Our theory of change is built on the understanding that empowered individuals are the architects of stronger, more resilient communities. We envision a pathway where our interventions, such as providing quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, will equip individuals with the skills and knowledge to improve their lives. As these individuals gain confidence and capacity, they will become active participants in community decision-making and leadership.
This increased engagement will foster a more inclusive and equitable society where women, youth, and marginalized groups have a voice. In turn, these empowered communities will be better equipped to address challenges, reduce poverty, and build a sustainable future for generations to come. Ultimately, HGMF aims to contribute to a more stable, prosperous, and just Northeastern Nigeria.
